haha I think it would be neat to go back that far and teach them things and introduce them to some crazy technology. heck, even take them a modern bow and arrow, they would flip out!

 

I would rather work to live like that than i had work for $ all the time.

It's interesting how many people envision that they could go to the past and impress the natives with their awesome technology. It reminds me of an article I read many years ago about a missionary who took a tribal leader from an undiscovered Amazon tribe up in a plane to see his village from the air. The chief seemed to take the flight unusually calmly for a "savage" so the missionary asked him if he wasn't impressed by the plane's ability to fly, to which the chief replied, "Why? Isn't it supposed to do this?"

Edit: What would happen when your modern rifle ran out of bullets? Can you make smokeless gunpowder and primer compound, smelt lead and copper, and fabricate cartridges and bullets?
