    Just 3 tons of fun!!!
That's not the timing belt cover. It's the fan bracket and pulley. The bearing is in the bracket and can not be removed/replaced. If that bearing needs replacement, you have to replace that whole assembly.

Got it. I was reading in a post somewhere else in TW the bearing could be replaced. Maybe its a diff pulley than the one I'm thinking of. Again, not a real mechanic here. There are mechanics that work at the shop on post I can get advise from or my father in law.

Lots of people load up the parts cannon without figuring out what is really wrong - you can check your pulleys for smooth operation once the belts are off, or you can check it with them on here:

Not this squeal, I have the whine in the first quote. Hopefully I did the multi quote right.

    Yeah that was smooth :)

What does yours sound like - exactly like that one? You can always just pop the belt off and check the pulley for loose play or grinding as it spins...

Sounds exactly like the first video. That's another thing I have to change, belts. Will check the pulley when I'm doing that, and buy the bearing to replace it if its bad.

The lower tensioner is the one where you can tap out the bearing and put a new one in. There are some write ups on here. Since the bearing there is under $15 its a good one to do while you have everything apart. You will need snap ring pliers and the right sized sockets to tap it in and out.

FWIW... The fan bracket/pulley was just marked down on Amazon today. They just dropped it from $135 to $119.86.

For Amazon Prime members (free shipping) that is the best price I have ever seen it go for, anywhere.
