I have a suggestion for you. When I had my mechanic install my Aisin Kit, I had him keep all the old parts. They were all the exact same ones as my kit had. I was blown away. I had written down the names of each bearing, Idler pulley, ect. So I advise you to do the same. You could just take some cell phone pics of each part in your kit, and then compare them to the ones you remove from your truck., Just a weird suggestion from an old man.

A couple of years ago I bought the timing belt parts kit from aircabinman on ebay (after reading all the recommendations in this forum). He was helpful with a couple of questions I had (about the oil cooler as I remember). The parts have been just fine and I would order again from him.

Hey, just for the record after doing this work over the weekend, my parts look identical to yours that I got in the kit...I compared them all before installing and found no issues...the only major thing was the water pump that came off had a channel/ridge in it, and it looked to be installed with FIPG, whereas the new pump came with no ridge but a gasket. Also, I had purchased a new timing belt straight from Toyota 2 years ago and was identical in every aspect of the Aircabinman set, with exception the one I purchased from Toyota had a sticker that came with it to apply to the upper timing belt cover to record the milage and date.

If you want any side-by-side pictures of any of that stuff as I took it off just let me know, I'm pretty sure I documented everything.
