Ok, so in general if you found engine oil leaking onto the power steering pump, would that not be the main symptom of the timing chain gasket starting to leak. That's what I was gathering from other posts, and about to buy this truck in 2 hours.

OP are you buying from a Toyota dealer? If so, it seems like they could give you a direct answer.
If not at a Toyota dealer, I’d tell them what you found, and that since it’s such a time consuming and expensive job, you’d like to get it to a Toyota dealer first.
It’s barely a drip, but you’re right, if it’s in its infancy, it’s a large job. I’d get any used vehicle inspected regardless.

Crawl under behind the front passenger side wheel. Shine a light up behind the back of the block and look for pink corrosion. If it is leaking another big job but covered under warranty. They could them both out at the same time.

Talk to the dealer and get whatever it is that makes you feel comfortable with the purchase in clear and concise writing before you sign, assuming they're willing to put it to paper at all.

There's not much there to start a negotiation with, however.

Yep it's at a dealer, couldn't find any pink corrosion. I'll let them know. Thanks guys.
