The problem with looking for a used frame - is, they might all have the same problem. So...you'll have to be overly careful in what you get.

Contact your local junkyards for frames. If the frame is bad in only a few spots, take the truck to a frame specialist and/or metal fabricator and have them look at it. They might offer suggestions on how to repair it.

I don't know how easy it'll be to get a used frame anywhere...but here's a link that I've bought used Toyota parts.

You might be better off finding a donor vehicle and swapping the frame yourself.

Best bet would be a junkyard.
But if you or someone you know is a welder/fabricator you could have them build a tube frame to swap the cab and bed onto.

What year is your ride??? Check out the recall on a lot of frames , a buddy of myn just had his replaced under warrenty, the dealer changed the frame and any other rust around. Dealer gave him a 15' 4 runner for a month while they did it
