    Too few to list.
First of all, welcome to the site. Second, where did you get your tint done? I've never seen tint cut from the inside of the car door. In the second picture, you can clearly see that they cut the black plastic as well.

Looks like he drew it on with Microsoft paint. It doesn't follow the grooves or anything

Thanks for all the reply.. I got my tint at Tint master at merced, CA.. I circled the cut and the black line on the black plastic is also a scratch and the passenger side has a scratch too and it is the same length from the driver side its like 1inch away form the window. I think its the tint guy because they're the only one touching my truck other than me and it is near the windows and its like they're cutting the tint on top of the door. i think this will cost me to fix this. - sorry for my english

Doesn't hurt to hit them up. Look for someone in a management positions. I wouldn't go in them fully heated. Try and talk through the scenario on how it is highly possible that once of his or hers installers could have possibly caused the damage. What time was it when you took it in? Maybe the person was rushing to get it done if it were before quitting time or on a Friday or something.

Visited tint master today. They deny it they said they cut the tint using a computer. So i have no choice but to accept the malas(bad luck).
