Tinting Questioon

x2 on Al's in aiea they asked if I wanted to go darker on the front but I just went legal. I agree not the cheapest but they do good work, brought 2 trucks there so far.

 

X2 on Midnight! Ron has done 4 or my cars so far and I won't go anywhere else. I have 15% on my fronts and 5% on the rest. And I put on more miles than anyone else and haven't gotten a ticket for them. It's only my fronts that are illegal and I've already gotten pulled over and just roll down my two fronts so it's not obvious. And at 15% there's still a good contrast that they don't really bother you unless you're asking for it. I'll ride out my brand new safety for the full two years then take off my fronts, get recon and then retint. Probably by then there will be a work around for the safety check system just like everything else. If not oh well!

 

I'm pretty sure there is already a work around as I've seen quite a few cars with recent stickers without recon.

There just aren't enough cops to enforce it.

Another vote for Ron at Midnight Tinting. He does great work. Ive had two cars done by him and they came out perfect. Plus its in a good location. Just drop off your truck and go catch a movie at Ward.

how go you guys keep the window soo clean and keep rubbish out when tinting and applying the net tint? i have the hardest time

 

Just curious what type of prices are Midnight and Al's charging. Have a double cab need all windows done

 

Midnight did mine for $115 if I remember correctly, but that was 8 years ago.
