I kinda dont think mine will peel off, its more like the glass itself is tinted.

California here. Only had 1 tint ticket out of all 11 cars I've had wrapped in 5%. Cop told me absolutely NO tint on front windows. Hasn't stopped me and the ticket was a fix it and I had it taken off and they wrote the ticket off. I vote against the windshield brow though. I'm 6'1" and it was right at eye level....super annoying lol

The windows down thing works better if your sticker is up in the warmer months..my buddy did that one and let his go till December one year in MA..that didn't work.

OP, I'd start just doing the rear window. See how you like that first and then go from there on the sides. I got my back done 30% but still haven't done sides.

I'm from Oregon I have 20% all around except the windshield and I kinda wish I would have gone 15 as far as cops go I've had mine for 33k miles and no ticket so far. We don't have inspections here so one less thing to worry about

Just got a fix it ticket in CA for my 15% tint. Had it on for 5 years now..just sucks because he pulled me over just for that. I could understand if he got me for speeding or something then mentioned it, but he literally went out of his way to stop me on the 5 south to give me a ticket because "when he looked over he couldnt see my face"...

All in all paid $25 to get it removed, another $25 in court fees and have an appointment to get my truck retinted..haha. just gotta play the game.
