    Exactly!
Basically the only thing you need to do is make sure the engines warmed up... don't want to drive it too hard with a cold engine, just like you would any other engine.
I've heard that holding the same rpm for extended periods of time with a new engine can cause some issues but nothing about driving it easy and staying below a certain RPM and all that other junk, it's all BS.

I tried that. There are a few options about speed but I think it has to do with whether the posted speed limit is shown and if you want an alert if you exceed it. Maybe there is no option to display the speed in digital form. Somebody said certain models have this option and the Limited is one of them.

Maybe post a video of what you are having issues with. So we can see if you are missing a step.

I haven't played around with all the settings yet but I'll give it a try as soon as I get out of work.

Not sure but the manual says you can pick from 3 items, but only 2 will be displayed. Not near my truck, so can't actually check right now.

People that still use a flip phone has no way of making a video. I do not even have a camera to take a picture. Even if I had the camera I would not know how to put the picture on here. Maybe somebody that has this option will be able to try and get it and then tell me what I am doing wrong. I appreciate all the help. Maybe the dealer can help the next time I go for service.

Ok try this....In Settings, do you see Drive Information 1, 2, 3? Select one of them and see if you can assign Digital Speed to it. This will display the information on the "i" tab. You should see a checkbox to select/deselect when in the Drive 1-3 options.

OK. I went to settings and drive 2. I selected digital speed. Is that all I have to do? When I saw drive 1-3 I thought that was driver 1,2,3, not just information on all 3 positions. I assume when I drive the vehicle it will show the digital speed when on "I"?

Yes it should show on the "i" screen now. Whatever is selected for Drive 1, 2 and 3 will show on that screen.

I'm getting up there myself...and I'm an IT Manager. Stuff like this keeps me up at night so it's part IT/OCD that forces me to figure it out. :)

Did you get it to work? I didn't realize it, but when on the "i" screen, you can press up/down (on the right of steering wheel) to scroll through Driver Information 1-3 screens. I think by default the digital speed is set to Driver Information 1, so if you set it to 2, you'll probably see it on both screens.

Question, is this just on the automatic transmission?

That is pretty much normal operation. It may also go into "limp" mode. If you step on the brake and accelerator at the same time on a manual transmission it will also stall unless you are very well endowed and can also depress the clutch at the same time:D.
