Just cover the sensor to make it think it's dark out...

Don't have to cover sensor, just
Go to setup, display and in daylight you will see the first picture, then turn on headlights and you will see the second picture just select day mode

Yes. 6 manuals in total. The full owners manual, quick reference guide, navigation and multimedia system owners manual, warranty & maintenance guide, owners warranty rights notification, and Entune system quick reference guide.

    Wow
I only received 3 of these. The 2 quick reference guides your are referring to isn't the quick guide in the nav and multimedia book?
    thanks

When I stream Pandora. The song title, Pandora logo, and thumbs up/down icons don't show up on my screen. They are all just blank lines. On the pics I have seen on here, all of this is filled in. Pandora works fine, and I can skip songs from the steering wheel control, just no words on the screen. Do I have a setting wrong? Or am I having an issue with my phone(galaxy 4)?

Are you using the Toyota Entune App? If not that is why. You have to use the entune app to integrate that, if you just stream directly from the pandora app you wont have the other options.

This is only available with the Premium Technology Package correct? Regular Technology package does not include Entune?

I think i successfully made a "build page". Take a look if you're interested. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/louies-build-2016-trd-off-road-double-cab.417631/
two relatively unimportant things i have noticed compared to my 2013: No more antenna. That's nice, always used to hit my garage door. I would have assumed it was in the windshield, but i don't see any of those little black lines. Anyone know where it is? Not that i really care or it matters, just curious. Also, the windshield pissers are hidden now kind of under the hood instead of the two black things on the hood. That will make waxing a lot easier! And that is all.

I believe the antenna is the fin on top of the cab?

Had to re-read your post to find relatively UnimportanT.... and I agree. Most other changes are quite convenient and Much appreciated. Sure we all can net pick a few things, but all agree the trucks are pricey enough.:notsure:
