OK... Sorry Rock... I think I am finally getting what you want.... "you do not know what the settings do"...?? Is this correct..??..

OK... the "sensitivity setting" is the vehicle's sensor's sensitivity to light.....IE: the higher the setting... the MORE sensitive it is... the lower the #... the LESS sensitive it is... if it is changing under short bridges, etc, then it's too sensitive.....LOWER the #....

    Hope this helps man...

    Over.

PS... You do not need Carista... the settings are in the Head unit under "settings"

Is it possible to change the settings so the radio stays on after shutting off the truck, until the doors are opened or for a certain amount of time. My radio shuts off when the truck is shut off...it drives me nuts!

Taking my truck in for its 5,000. Any suggestions on what to have them review. Trans fluid I will for sure, and I know it needs to sit for a couple of hours prior to testing. Also going to just pay for a oil change since it's not covered for free in this one.

Suggestion. Take in your "Warranty and Maintenance Guide" booklet and when they refuse to check the ATF level point out page 38 of the booklet
    pg38.jpg ,
which clearly states "Inspect and adjust all fluid levels." Checking a fluid level is not done by hooking a Techstream to the truck's computer to see if a code was thrown for the transmission, it is done by manually inspecting the fluid level.
Tell them to manually check the ATF level or they are in violation of ToyotaCare, which comes with all new Toyota sales.
    That's what "I" would do.

The work-around for this is to put the truck in neutral and cut it off, this keeps the truck in accessory mode for me (push button start), shift into park, the radio stays on until I turn off accessory mode, I think there's a timeout but I've never waited to see.

Is anyone else getting a vibration in the steering wheel and gas pedal? It seems engine related.

    Me: wtf is this shit

So inaccurate and i suck when searching for a place to navigate to. Any tips or videos on it? I skimmed through the manual with no luck

Something as simple as pushing the knob isn't listed since it's a fairly common thing to do. I'm trying to keep the list to things that might not be so obvious, such as the whole thing about the camera working while it being in reverse at 45 mph. Not something I would test but still a nice thing to know that reverse locks out and is essentially neutral at that speed.

Pro tip: don't use it. Sorry. It works great for "call this person" but that's about it.

I'll take this clarification one step further. It's good for calling contacts that have been synced from your phone. "Call wife mobile", "Call wife at work", etc... (Wife will be replaced by the persons name more than likely unless you have your people in there by their nicknames). But if you want to call someone or a business it sucks. "Call O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Hoboken, NJ". Forget about it. And telling it to give you directions to a place has only worked ONE time. It never gets the place right. And yes, I've done the "learn my speech" program on there at least 3 times. Entune SUCKS!!

Does anyone else's truck with the v6 idle rough? I have my phone mounted to the windshield and it is vibrating at red lights and stops annoyingly! It feels like I have an aggressive cam in it but I know that is not the case. Thank you!
