Went offroading and got all dirty this weekend, then went to a car detailing place and they cleaned it up a bit, but still mud everywhere.
And now the suspension is really squeaky... Especially in the back, i'm assuming its my leaf springs with dirt stuck all over the place.
I'm going to powerwash it all again this weekend, hopefully that helps.

Anyone got a tip on the best way to wash/cleanup?

I had an Access "Laredo" roll-up cover on my '06.... worked great for 10 yrs and was like new when traded it in.....

It held all the snow the GWN can throw at it also..!! (Great White North). I loved it...not 1 bad thing to say about it.... 1 good thing though.. it's cheap compared to the hard ones...!!

No tonneau is 100% leak proof. Trust me. I got that extang 2.0 cuz I don't want my tools ripped off and it is super secure for the price. Super easy install, my mom can do it. It's twice as much as you want to spend but for me it's all about not getting my gear stolen. You can haggle the dudes at Autoanything for most products. Good luck.

That's what I went with this time around also..!! The Solid Fold 2.0... I love it... ( I did get the early version that I think was for the older trucks), But I like it way better than the version my buddy got the other day... His overhangs the side rails and is 2 1/4" WIDER than mine... AND his tailgate seal is being ripped off the cover when closing the tailgate....they said "this is for the '16... I like mine better..

Anybody stand on a bed cover? Will it hold weight, like an adult on a lawn chair kicking it, drinking a cold one?

    Planning my summer activities now.

I like the 2.0 because of security also. I believe there are flaws in the latching in other tonneaus. You would have to break the tailgate lock to get into the extang. Easily the most secure. Those spring load latches are the shit.

MY Buddy's was a Solid Fold 2.0 also...But it is a new model out for the 2016 Tacos.... I think mine was for the 2nd Gen... Mine fits way nicer than his, IMHO...

By the way... in the commercial I saw for this cover, they parked an ATV on top of it...said it will hold a lot of weight...

    Check U-Tube...maybe it's there..!

Something isn't right, because I have the SolidFold 2.0 for the 2016 Tacoma and it fits perfectly.

Does yours come to the outer edge of the side bed rails..?? Mine does not...it's in about 1"....My buddy's is 2 1/4" wider than mine and comes to the outer edges.....He has a solid piece of foam for the tailgate seal; whereas, mine is a "3 fingered" piece of rubber that folds when TG is closed.....His TG hits the foam piece and separates it from the cover.... Totally different weather stripping on our covers.

Mine centers on the cab rail, bed rails, and tailgate. The box also clearly said 2016 Tacoma on it before I installed it.

That's a 2014, and it doesn't look like it fits right. Does he have the right one?
