I can't seem to find this either! I took a look everywhere under Vehicle Customization and unable to find this. It's really annoying not to be able to open the door without these beeps/chimes before turning off the engine. Any help would be appreciated.

    EDIT:
Found the answer by searching this thread, doi! I'll have to ask next time I'm in for service. Thanks, it's really driving me bonkers.

No! Of what do you speak?
On another note, are the two wires, one one either side behind the grille, that plug into the two stamped metal brackets that go nowhere the fog light leads?

OK, to be more specific, what have you found about the heated mirrors? I hadn't looked, as I'm trying to find the leads to the fog lights (if they are there). What I'm specifically wondering about are the two wires referenced in the above post. The attached picture is of the end of the wire on the driver's side (there's another just like it on the passenger side). It's the yellow square, in the center of the picture, right of, and below the horn. The wire terminates with a connector that plugs into the metal bracket held on with two bolts. Any ideas?

Not sure about the potential fog light leads.

In the middle of the 4wd/2wd knob and the climate knob, is an angular button (below the hazards button), that's the heated mirrors button :)

Okay, it appears that I was wrong about an issue I had with with Entune that I posted about in the 2016 Bitch thread!! I thought that I'd share the solution in here since it's more of a "Tip".

I was sitting waiting for traffic after a 4th of July show that my son's band (Barbwire Revolt (Shameless Plug, they have one song on iTunes and Android Playstore) so check them out and like their Facebook page!!). While I was sitting there I was bitching to my wife for the 100th time about how Entune radios suck and how when Sirius/XM expired that I lost HD radio stations and the album images along with the decent size text for the album/song. Since I was just sitting there with the engine running, I started messing around and saw a button at the top of the screen right next to the clock at top center that said "Options". I clicked it and it was on FM Options, but there was a "scan" option and an "HD Radio" option. My radio was set on FM Options. I click the HD radio and voila!! I had the album artwork, album name and the song being played!! And I had all of the HD radio stations available once again.

Now why this is an "Option" I'm not sure. Why would someone want to turn this feature off? Apparently once the Sirius/XM expired, this turned off and defaulted to "FM Options" mode. So if this happened to you too, just go to the Options button and select "HD Radio" and you will be a happy Entune listener once again.

HD Radio is always an option if you are running the Entune application on your phone. Traffic and other HD radio features will piggy back off of your phones data plan. That radio unit itself is one of the best I have ever had. Over all the vehicles I have owned, Toyota does it the best. The fastest, most responsive unit to date and unlike VW and other companies that force you to use Sirius Satellite for traffic, Toyota's system still works off of the HD system.

I have a receipt out in my truck from this afternoon. I had about 2 miles to empty left when I filled it up. I'll post it tomorrow. It wasn't near 21 gallons.

One of my favorite stations to listen to is spotty with HD service. Its incredibly annoying to have it constantly switching between FM and HD. Id rather listen to it on standard if it means I don't have to deal with the switching.

Id only want it for that particular station though. The rest I want HD.

OP, thanks for writing this thread. I just greased my U-Joints; it took 4-5 pumps at each zerk for grease to start purging out. My Tacoma has a build date in June 2016 so this issue still hasn't been addressed at the factory.

I've had my 16 Tacoma for a week now, after a couple days of driving the shifting simply didn't feel right. I took it back to the dealer and they didn't seem to believe me. One of the service tech's came out and we drove around the block and then he agreed it wasn't right. I left the truck at the dealership overnight because they said the tranny had to cool down. When I picked it up the next day, they did the manual check and told me that the ATF was "over" filled by about a quart. Shifts much better now.

I wish I had found this thread earlier, I would have had them take care of the rear U bolts and grease fittings as well, but at least I can handle those myself.

Thank you for all the input everyone has put into this thread. Great info!
