No problem! It's actually #35 on the list. Awesome trick :)

If the engine is running just press Push to Start button in any shift (R-N-D or S)except in P and radio won't go off. (Courtesy of abec)

Never mind. I see it's been said. In neutral, turn off, the put it in park...

set the transmission on neutral (or any setting but 'park'), set shut off the engine. The radio and accessory power will remain on indefinitely, until transmission is pushed up to 'park', then you will have 15 minutes of power until it shuts down.

If there is something new with the Tacoma that has not been put on the list please send me a PM. I monitor this thread as regularly as I can but I do miss things and sometimes life gets in the way. Please note, anything in the owners manual will not be added to the list from here on out. The manual came with the vehicle for a reason and it would make the list entirely too long. A PDF version is available on the Toyota website and you can use the Ctrl+F (or CMD+F for Mac users) feature to find specific things in the manual in that fashion.

I have prem, Tech & JBL and I don't have the option "vehicle" under settings to customize anything, does anyone know why?

Yes. Used it to change a few settings in my '17 with Carista. Only downside is that it costs $9.99 for a week's worth of access or an annual subscription. I forget what cost the subscription was advertised at.

Weathertech mates are inbound, same with a new grill:) slowly but surely I'll be catching up to some of you other guys . I'll get this stuff in.move on to the suspension lift. Wich i don't know what brand I'll go with just a 3 inches lift. Than its on to wheels and tires. Thinking at that point when thag shit is done I could maybe sell my stock wheels and tires? Sure someone out there may want them.

I got a definite grinding sound while shifting out of 4Lo to 4Hi while stopped in a gravel parking lot. Beeping and flashing stopped. Too quick to put in Drive? Has anyone else experienced this? I tried searching the forums but gave up. Thanks!

With my standard trans model I need to be stopped, in neutral with engine running to get to vehicle settings. Maybe you need to be stopped with engine running in park or neutral?
