Can anyone give me a measurement on where a new leaf spring hanger on a 97 needs to line up to the frame, or more specifically on a Safe-T cap? I’d like to fully weld them on before hand if possible. How critical/how much wiggle room is there for placement?C3D1A777-CDE8-4B89-9E07-B4958A1017A0.jpg

You bought the truck in a box all in pieces ??

If I had or knew of a 97 Tacoma I would be glad to measure which would get you within a 1/2"

You might want to check some of the spring manufactures websites I know I have seen that information .

Ask the Safety Cap people they might share?

I mean I have a truck, but I'm wondering how accurately I need to measure. Would a half inch off be acceptable, or would the springs not be able to attach properly if it's off that much?
