    I’m about to rebuild some Dirt Logic 2.25 rear shocks and 2.5 coilovers. I’ve rebuilt Fox before and had to make a special tool to remove the piston but otherwise it was pretty straightforward. Any tips or warnings for rebuilding the Fabtechs? Any specs I need to know?

    Hi! I can say that one of the most important step is to inspect and replace any damaged seals, o-rings, or other components during the rebuild process. And on the 2nd place is using appropriate shock oil, I mean make sure you use the correct shock oil viscosity recommended for the Fabtech shocks.

    Great first post and not bringing attention to the OPs questions.
    @billygoat have you asked Fabtech?

    Err, what do you mean? Isn't OP asking for suggestions for what he is going to do? So... I said my opinions based on my experience.

    I’m doing a full rebuild with Fabtech kits, so all new seals and fresh oil. Did you need any special tools? I have a plunger removal tool I had to make for my Fox Factory Series, dunno if the Fabtechs will need a different one.

    I got part numbers from them for the rebuild kits and oil but didn’t get info on anything else. I’ll ping ‘em again.
