I just purchased a set of like new trd offroad wheels with no scratches until I had them mounted at a local shop. The shops installer left some good marks scratches around the lugnut hole area and even on the insides of the center caps. Does anyone have any tips or tricks I can do at home without looking for someone who finishes wheels? Thanks

Pics? Different damage requires different fixes. Plus, there are many, many different "TRD offroad" wheel designs, not just one.

But mainly I'd be going back to that tire shop. It's not your responsibility to fix the damage they did. They should pay for new wheels if the damage is bad enough.

This is why I prefer to never take my vehicles to the tire shop. Instead I prefer to take just the wheels/tires in. There's less they can fuck up that way. Unfortunately, it's tough with my truck because I don't have another vehicle big enough to haul 5 truck wheels and 10 truck tires :(

When I got my tires mounted on my TRD Pro wheels I took them to a customs shop because I was recovering from hip surgery so I couldnt do them myself. Most dealerships wont have the fancy tire machines with plastic spoons and lips (neither does mine) A customs shop may be more expensive but you know they won't screw them up and thats at least worth something.
