tire and rim question

    black grill surround,all emblems blacked out, black headlight mod, purple fireflys interior neon, blacked out tailights,window tint, black running lights, red dome light, no mudflaps.
    hey i am planning on lifting my 06 prerunner v6 access 2wd
    i am gonna get a toytec 3" body or suspension lift i dont know yet

    i am planning on running either
    275/70/17
    on 17's
    ???

    or
    275/70/16
    on 16's???

    please give me your advice at what you think would look better

    if you are going to offroad, generally the more sidewall between rocks and wheels the better. However you should have plenty either way so I would suggest photoshopping it or finding some way to visualize it and figure out your personal preference

    Well...A 275/70 will be an inch smaller on a 16" rim thana 17" rim-So if size matters-You'll have to account for that.
    Dgerm is right-More side wall between tire and surface tends to make the tire more complaint off road and a bit more comfy on road....

    I'm going to 16's when I swap my tires out...but like DG said- Find some rims you like and start there....Set some pictures up and what not...It's all about personal style.
