I have a 97 Tacoma 4wd with stock suspension. I found a nice set of 2nd gen off road rims 16x7 for $80. I was looking for tires and found a good deal on a set 265/75/16. Will these fit on a stock 1st gen with 2nd gen rims I believe they have 5.25” of backspacing compared to the stock 1st gen rims 4.5” or would I need a set of wheel spacers?

Would they fit with on different rim with a 4-4.5” backspace and no spacer?
