Tire balance issues BFG KO2 and solution “FORCE BALANCE “

    So I just recently bought some BFG KO2 tires for my truck.

    They did the normal balance on them from discount tires and right out of the gate
    at 65mph they vibrated pretty bad.
    I took them back and they rebalanced them doing a split balance half tape weights and half
    pressed on type. They were zeroed out.
    Vibration was much better but still there.
    Took them back a week later and complained about vibration.

    SO they balanced them again doing what’s called
    Road Force Balancing
    something I had not heard about.

    BINGO!

    that process fixed all the vibrations,

    if your having balance vibration issues maybe look into this process

    I always try to tell folks, if the shop can do road force balancing, do it! This method simulates actual driving and provides the best balancing. It takes longer and cost more, but it's well worth it in my opinion.
