99 Tacoma Extra Cab 2.4 l 2WD

Running stock 14 in steel rims on my 99 Tacoma 2wd and it's time for new tires. Stock is 195/75/r14 and I have a line on lightly used 195/70/r14. Will the latter work and will I notice any difference? They're my winter set, if that makes a difference.
