My tires that I use for offroading was damaged from a shop dismounting it. Is this still safe deflating and inflating?SmartSelect_20200901-193033_Facebook.jpg

Looks like all the damage is on the inside edge. It should be fine as long as it isn't damaged on the bead seating area.

You can always get a second opinion from a different tire shop, just bring it in and ask.

The conservative answer is, no, don’t run it. Personally, I’ve run worse, as long as they seal. If you ask tire shops, you’ll get conflicting answers based on how conservative they are. Some tire shops won’t mount tires that are almost to the wear bars, even if you tell them they’re just rollers. Some tire shops won’t mount perfectly good tires with old date stamps.

If you do get them mounted, make the tire shop aware of the damage, so they can avoid that area with the tire installer tool.

So the tires shop that dismount it still good as long as the damage isn't on where the bead. I mentioned to them that this is my offroading tires I deflate and inflate this tires. Their answer don't worry to prove it you we will mount it for free and the tires will not leak and it would hold air. This tires are ne couple months old. Stamp say 3320. I bought it ending of june and this tires where made this year.
