    Hi There!

I just bought a new tacoma and really love it!!!

I want to put on some new tires on to my tacoma. It's completely stock with no lift....yet.

I was thinking of putting some tires on but don't really know what is the biggest tire size I can go with out any rubbing. Can someone help to give me advice?

Falken Wildpeak All-terrain LT 285/70R17 <- I saw someone selling these online for cheap, but I've heard 33''s rub and I won't be lifting until later on. (Not sure what LT stands for. Large Tire maybe?)

Would it be possible for me to use 275/70R17 without any rubbing and no lift?

There's a few threads about this subject if you scroll on down the thread list. I'm going to assume (not my best idea) you're running a 17" wheel. So I've been looking at the same thing. One thing I believe I've figured out is if you want to stay away from rubbing, 265 is the biggest width you can go. I've read and watched a bunch of videos that you can do a 70 or 75 with no issues. So long story short, 265/70r/17 would be your answer. But possibly 265/75r/17 may work. I hope this helps before you start getting blasted with search function replies and such lol

I won’t tell you to search. 285/70/17 wont fit on your stock truck.
