Last night Temps got in the upper 40 and when I got in the truck this morning had some major front end shakes. As soon as tires warmed up, it quit. Anybody else had this problem?

I doubt the temp had anything to do with it.

Let me guess, maybe around a mile of driving it goes away? I'm going to assume anyone that thinks it's not happening is from the south. Happens to me when it's close to or below freezing. Really annoying but is what it is

I've had this happen a lot in colder weather. It's going to depend on the type of tires which it happens to the most.

Heat cycled tires will do that...have you run your tires HOT?

I'd get the dealer to look at it under warranty. Might be a tire. At the least they can rotate the front to rears and see if it changes.

Normal depending on the tire and how long it was parked in one spot. I have had it happen on tires after it sat for a week or so even in warm weather and I live in the southeast.

No big deal, after a mile or so it goes back to normal.

Even Toyota recognizes the problem . They want the technician to warm up the tires before balancing .

NORMAL. In fact it just happened to me this very morning after sitting there for 3 days.....by the time I got to work (15 miles) it back to normal. This is probably the 5th time it happened to me.

Next time when you buy your NEW car (especially the ones that imported from far away) their tires are often filled to the max psi...to prevent this. When the dealer PDI the vehicles they need to check the PSI to make sure it is filled to the recommended level.

    Yes
My Duratracs used to flat spot like a mofo in cold weather. Even just sitting over night, thump, thump, thump. Once they warmed up they were fine.

Yes, have had it happen a couple of times that I've noticed.

Once was after leaving my wife's Acadia at the airport for two weeks. Drove through the parking lot and was like WTF?? But after a couple of miles driving, it went away.

Second time was actually just this morning on my way to work. Had not driven the truck since Thursday and was sitting in driveway. Hot during the day and cold at night. Truck vibrated quite a bit more than usual... but again, only lasted a short time.
