so found a great deal on BFG AT ko2’s on Craigslist - hustled over. Swiped them up. Figured they look great on my 2011! Still got the nubs on em. Sweet. Then bring to my guys shop and he’s like “hey dumbass these are 17s and you have 16 inch wheels”
So... now I’m in the market for 17 inch wheels...
    any help will be appreciated.

What are you driving? You posted in 1st gen but your profile says 2011 OR. You can pick up OEM 17’s cheap.

I call that the dumbass tax. Been there, lol.

Why not go for the right tires, though? Might still be cheaper than wheels.

Don’t mind going for 17 wheels. Give a little more height I suppose
Paid 400 bucks for the 5 essentially brand new tires

So the issue isn’t that you have the wrong sized tires, it’s that your truck isn’t a 1st Gen. :luvya:

How old are the tires? Just out of curiosity. There should be a DOT date code on there.

That was a Freudian slip, your inner Taco brain wants to roll on 17's so your subconscious MADE you buy those 17 inch tires.
