    Stock for now
I flipped my spare to be able to add air without having to lower it every time it needs it.
The system will trigger if the spare gets low.
Usually when its 20 below and lots of snow on the ground.
No issues with flipped either. Been that way for the last 4 yrs.
The sensors have id codes programmed into the ecu that sends the signal.
The service manual on ncttora outlines the whole system for ya.

Flipped my spare over when I did the differential breather mod... My '05 had the spare with valve pointing down (and I never got a flat or used the spare in 102,000 miles).

I am able to add air to mine with a truck-type air fitting on my air hose- the ones you use for dual tires. The spare tire is mounted in the stock position.

The center of the wheel, yes. The tire...not so much.
