I have a 22 Tacoma 4WD V6 SR with around 3400 miles on it. I recently got new rims and kept the old tire sensors. The tire sensors are scanning and even sending their PSI to my Toyota app on my phone and to the tire place's scanner. They are also triggering the tire pressure alert when i let air out of the tires. They just arent displaying anything on the dash when i try to search.

I have read other forums/threads that say people still see the truck on the dash but it has "--" dashes instead of numbers. My situation is different though as the truck with the tires icon on the dash showing the PSI no longer even comes up on my dash. See Pics. Any advise on what would help get this back on the dash? Ive run through all the settings and cant find an option to add it to the screen. It was literally there when i dropped the truck off and gone when i picked it back up after having the wheels installed. I have also run through the TPMS reset process in the manual a few times.

My TRD OR has the tire pressure screen. My son’s SR unfortunately does not have tire pressure access from this screen.

Have you driven it for a while? Could it be it’s trying to recalibrate?

I think garrett is on the right track op.
I know you said it was there one minute, gone the next, and that would drive me nuts!
I would definitely check out several SRs at a dealership for my own sanity, verify they display that screen

It was there when I took it in. I am 100% certain. They were all displaying 31 PSI on the dash when I dropped it off. I feel like there has to be a setting that i am missing, but i even did a reset on the dash settings and it still doesnt display on the dash. I used to have the Truck with the four wheels and pressure showing.

Ive called several tire places asking about this and they are all baffled. I assume i can go to Toyota to have them reflash something but they're going to want to do a diagnostic first and charge me for it. Really hoping someone has dealt with this specifically and can tell m e what they had to do.

I got new rims and had them reuse the tires and sensors since they only have 3K miles on them. The crazy thing is it shows on my app. So they are broadcasting the signal, it just isnt displaying on the dash in the cab.

I have driven about 100 miles since getting them and have done a few resets and re-learns with the tire place. Everyone else still sees the truck with the wheels and the "--" for PSI while it calibrates it seems. Miner doesnt even show the truck with tires anymore.

Maybe unhook the battery, wait a few minutes, then hook back up

What about the Stereo, did you change it?

I am still trying to figure out what all is lost when the stereo is switched, but no one is sure.

I will probably call the dealership or Toyota's main office tomorrow and I will post what they tell me.

Appreciate the replies from everyone. Definitely greatly appreciated regardless of whether i can resolve it on here or not.

Nothing was switched out other than the rims. I'm even using the original sensors and tires that came on my 2022 SR.

My 2009 had a TPMS Reset button at the very bottom edge of the dashboard. I don't know if the 3rd Gen trucks still have this or not.

You showed two screen displays but there are more like up/down as well, not just sideways buttons. Mine got lost for about five minutes one time but it was just hiding.

^^this^^, try to move through each screen "up and down", not just the left and right.

It does nothing when toggling up or down. The two screens just showed when i have lane shift activated and when i dont have it active. In the past when i did not have it active, it would only show the truck with the tire pressures. And when i would activate the lane response option, I had to toggle up wot get the pressures. Now the truck with pressures is no longer an option.

Are you sure you aren’t remembering the tire pressure display on your phone?
My 2019 SR does not have the display only the low tire pressure warning. Same with the rest of these guys with the SR model through 2022:

SRs are neutered, individual tire pressures are not shown on the gauges

I'll call Toyota tomorrow to confirm, but it was on the dash before. I discovered it shows on the app today when fishing around on it for some guidance.

I know this sounds stupid when others are saying it doesnt exist on the SR, but I swear it was on there. I remembered thinking that 31 PSI seemed low after a long drive when i dropped it off.
