Hello peoples of the inter-webs, question is for anyone running 33’s on stock Tacoma wheels. I just put 285/75r16 on my TRD OR stock wheels which are 7” wide. Spec for the tires is 7.5” min. Will I need to be careful about how much I air down with this setup? Is it more likely to unseat the bead at lower psi? Thanks in advance.

    I have 285 75 16s on stock Trail Edition wheels 16x7

I’ve had good luck using Staun deflators to bring them down to 14psi. I haven’t had any issues at all.

But I wouldn’t go much lower than that.

    You're fine.
It's actually harder to unseat a bead the narrower the wheel is.

I've aired a 31x10.50 on a 5.5" rim down to 10psi on the regular and never had an issue.

Depends on the driving situation but I've had good luck down to 12psi on LT tires. If you have passenger rated tires I would be more careful.
