Heavily modified with very light camper (weighs less than 600 lbs.), off road suspension, rear frame professionally upgraded, F/R bumpers, winch, camper heater, water, double bed, storage behind front seats, etc.
I have a 2019 TRD Off Road with a *very light* camper being built on a custom cradle. I plan on going to remote places and will rely on myself so I must be prepared.

Here are the items I plan on carrying so I can repair any tire puncture or rip:

Items with a * I have on hand, items in bold I have not ordered or I am not sure I will need, IOW they are TBD.

Tire/tube repair: Note: My tires are E rated, so very tough; Dick Depek Extreme Country, only 46 pounds each
*Hummer jack (yes army) to jack under axle points so axle raises tire off ground
*On board air compressor, constant duty, by Extreme Outback, Endura
*sidewall/tube patches by Taitec TNRE (4.53” by 2.95”)
EPDM pond liner from David (a friend)
    Safety Seal tire repair kit?

    *sewing awl
*Spectra sewing line (from Lancaster Archery Supply, PA), to sew sidewall back together
    *stitching wheel
    *scuffing bar
    *vulcanizing cement-small tubes
*4 oz. can (it dries out "too soon")
    extra tube
*battery powered drill by Milwaukee, 18 volt, with quick charger
    *drill bit assortment
    *three 27” titanium tire irons
    *2 Bead Pro bead breakers
    * 4-way valve tool
    *4 snap in tire valves
    *1 screw in tire valve
    *valve finishing tool
*4 valve cores, *4 valve caps
    *30-4 inch tire repair “inserts/strings”
    *rubber lube by Ru Glyde
2 ratchet straps for beading tire on rim

All suggestions to make this list better are appreciated, thank you. And certainly, steal this list for your own purposes or another :)

    Perhaps carry a spare tire?

Skydvrr:pond liner I will get some from a friend, it is the material used to create and line a pond and is VERY tough, so carried in this case if I need to sew a rip in a tire back together.
    Whatstcp: All good input, thanks.
Cudgel: Spare tire too bulky & heavy, instead I have E rated tires (much tougher than the stock ones) and hopefully ALL the means to repair most any tire problem.

Cudgel: Correction, sorry for the confusion, I do have a spare, it will be stored between the cab and the camper, on a cradle built for the camper to sit on.
