Please research the parts you will need? Either a, All new cab body mount? Or weld body mount chop plates?

What size tires are you running?

I did a body mount chop. Work OK. if I could do it again? I’ll go with a Re-location body mount kit. Best to research both methods and decide which works best for you.
I ended up grinding a part of the body mount.

    My 2019 TRD LB - 275/70/R17 BFGs A/T. 6112 & 5160 w/ Icon AAL. Tire did rub. 12 off set?
did some plastic trimming and a cap mount chop. End up cutting into the cab mount. After the cab mount chop.
    No rubbing now.

Tire rubbing is very annoying. Best to actual see where the tires are rubbing in place, And also when going off roading.

A very common problem, my son has almost same lift and same size tires 2016 Tacoma. Never had any tire rubs! Never!
people with same years Tacoma and lifts, will get tire rubs and some don’t. Maybe the rims and tire size , 255?

Offset makes all the difference. Even between same tire sizes and same lift dimensions.

And positive caster. 0 offset has the best chance to clear.

Thank you , now this explains why some will get tire rubs and others do not. The rim offsets and off course tire sizing.

I have random rubbing and I can't figure out exactly where it's rubbing. I'm running Fox 2.0 stock position and 275 70 R17 on the ubiquitous TRD PRO OEM wheels. It only seems to happen at fairly acute turn angles with some shock compression but it isn't consistent. I guess I may have to put it on stands and compress the front shocks while turning the wheels through their full ROM to know for sure. Anyone here with a similar setup know the most likely culprit location?

You may be able to see the shinny spots under the front wheel well , where the tires are rubbing.
    If lucky just some trimming.

Quality UCA 's and a good alignment with 3.5-4° positive caster does wonders. By the way,,, 3.5-4° positive caster is NOT in spec. Doesn't matter as long as camber and toe are.
