The calculations, yes. Though there are a lot of variables that can throw it off. Actual size varies by manufacturer, and even within different tire patterns of same size from same manufacturer.
Also, from the factory the speedometer isn't perfectly accurate if you're looking at speeds. The speedo actually reads a little faster stock is the general consensus.

 

I used this. Compare the two, should be the same though.

 

I was looking for the gear ratio, what is a good gear ratio for 4 cylinder 3RZFE manual.
I need more bottom end.

 

what year is your truck?
I'm assuming it's a 1st gen, in which case you can use this to figure out your gear ratio.
