I'm sure this has been beaten to death. But i'm not seeing anything that recent. I just got my first Tacoma, 2015 Dual Cab. It needs bigger tires and cooler rims.

I have no idea if there have been any subtle changes to the stock suspension over the last 10 years. So i have no clue that what i am reading from 2009 is still vaild.
What is the biggest tire for 2015 stock suspension?

This truck will be daily driver and street queen.

The plan is 265 70 R17 BFG AT (new ones) with Konig Wheels. I need to know if that will rub, if so how much.

    Thanks!

265/75/16s did not rub on my 2009 Prerunner. That is what I will be going with when I replace the tires on my 2013.

You can run the 265/ 70 with no modification and no rubbing when wheeling on stock rims and also on aftermarket rims with backspace. If you want to go bigger, you'll need to modify. If you go tall and skinny (255/80), you don't want backspace. If you go wide (285/70), you need backspace to clear the UCAs. On the newer trucks you should be able to clear the larger sizes with a mild lift. I have 2.5" lift and just put on 33" skinny tires with stock UCAs.

There is a cool tire tool in the wheel and tire section on this forum.
I used it to scope out the next set of tires I will get when my "skate board" tires die.

yeah, my 245/75 Dunlops just came off to put on my 255/85 Toyo M55 tires. I run multiple sets, so the "skateboard" tires seemed to last forever. those Dunlops were my summer max mpg tires, but they were embarrassing, IMO
