    Hello Forum.

The 265/65r17 is 30.56 inches in diameter.

The 275/60r17 is 29.99 inches in diameter,
    odometer reads 1.1 miles faster.

The 265/70r17 is 31.60 inches in diameter'
    odometer reads 2.o miles slower.

Will installing either of these 2 options affect my towing capacity?

    Will I even notice?

What is the biggest tire that I can run on a 17x8 rim (without lift kit) & not negatively affect the truck?

No it will not effect towing capacity.. You won't even notice a difference if you ran 265/70/R17
