2016 Tacoma TRD Sport

Just traded my 2003 tacoma for a 2016 TRD Sport. Doing a 3/1 leveling lift and would like to increase tire size. I've seen numerous pics of 285/70R17 mounted on stock wheels with lift installed. I know I will have to add 1.25 wheel spacers to clear the uca. Any other issues ?
