Which specific leveling kit? Or how much does it lift and where does it lift?

255/85-16 (or 255/80-17) on OEM wheels are your best bet for 33” fitment without contact to the body of the vehicle.

1-2” of lift can suffice depending on your choices and how aggressive you drive.

Short answer though, Yes. Yes they will rub. And yes you should just get 32s ha.

Depends on tire width and wheel offset. For most the answer is yes, and a cab mount chop and some fender liner trimming is required. Tall and skinny tires (like a 255/85r16) would probably be less likely to rub than a wider 33 (like a 285/75r16.

Depends a little on the lift.

Depends a lot on fitment of the wheel in use.

Depends a fair amount on how you get to 33". Several combinations of tread width to aspect ratio for a certain wheel diameter will = 33"

But odds are you'll rub unless you've planned really well.
