    OK in what sense?

Your gear ratio will work, and then you can decide if you want to change it at all after you put the new tires on - that will really depend on how you use the truck, whether it's a MT or AT, etc.

You're likely to need to do a bit of pinch weld work (and possibly firewall persuading) in order to fit the tires; how much will depend on the specific tires and wheels you decide to go with. There's actually quite a bit that goes into that determination, and you can read about all those things here:

What size tires fit my (lifted) Tacoma?

    Have you tried searching?

There's even an entire sub-section dedicated to tires and wheels.

Doesn't really matter that you have 4.10's. if you put bigger tires on, it will be over geared no matter what you started with. Plenty of people run the stock gears on 33's, mostly they are mall crawlers, though. If you plan to off-road with it, I'd re-gear.

There are lots of on-line calculators that help you figure out what yo need based on your current gears, tire size, transmission type, etc...

You’ll be fine. I’m running 285s on the stock 4.10 gears and it still runs good

You can do it with 4.10's itll just suck on any kind of incline especially if you have a heavy truck.i speak from current experience...ie what I'm running for now.

Also the tire fitting matters on what upper control arms that you have and how much backspacing the rims have. I have total chaos arms and rims with a pretty significant offset and I had to beat the crap out of my fire wall.
Stock ams and less backspacing probably not as much but you'll rub the frame.
