Just do a search for tire mfg sizes and choose accordingly

What's one size? Inch taller? Inch wider? Or going from a 275 to 285? Alot will depend where you want the height to come from. If you pick a 285 then not only will the new tire be wider it will become taller. But if you go from a 60 profile to a 65 profile then your width stays the same and the tire only becomes taller. Attached two screenshots messing with the tire size calculator and you can see going from a 275/60r18 to a 285/60r18 means not only will you go from a tire that's 31" tall to 31.5" tall, but you'll gain almost half an inch width too. But if you do a 275/60r18 to 275/65r18 then you'll only gain height, and width stays the same. Mind you it's a full inch taller from 31" to 32", instead of just the half inch from the previous tire size increase.

What will you be doing with the truck? Off road where you'll experience full steering lock and full flex? Or just a daily driver wanting a filler looking tire in the wheel well? I managed to fit 34s (295/75r17) on a fairly factory set up (front two inch level and no lift rear) but I've trimmed ALOT!!! Cab mount chops, fenders, fender flares and I still rub when off roading at full lock and 4x4 engaged. Last picture attached is to show ride height. My buddy on the right is factory and the one on the left is lifted 3 inch I believe.
