Hey, I am an owner of a 2016 Sr5 Tacoma and I'm looking on getting new tires. I have no lifts or any modifications on the suspension or etc. What is the biggest size tire I can get without having to worry for rubbing or any trimming.

    Thanks,

What @Plain Jane Taco noted. Just bear in mind that tires are a lot like shoes in that some brands run larger than others, even in the same size. So depending on what tire you get into, you may (stress may) have some minor rubbing on the front mud flaps/splash guards at near full lock of the steering wheel.

A 265/75R16 will fit most newer stock Tacoma's with little to no rub. One of the best ways to confirm prior to an order is use a size calculator like we offer here

Discount Tire size calculator | Discount Tire

Then figure out how much bigger the new tire is going to be compared to stock. In your case the stock tire was a 245/75R16 so the 265/75 would be 3/4" wider so 3/8" on each sidewall and 1/2" taller in the sidewall. It should work without any issues.

We are happy to help further. PM on the way
