tire sizing and spacers???

NEW TO THIS:

I have a 2007 Tacoma 4x4 single cab
I would like to run 285/75r16 tires
is a 2.5 in leveling kit on the front with 1.25 wheel spacers enough to do with maybe trimming some plastic

 

You’d be good with no rubbing I’d assume. I’m running 33x12.50 mud terrain on a 3” suspension but it rubs like crazy because of the tire size. I even did major trimming, but it’ll stop rubbing as the plastic and the tires wear down. If anything you’d just have to cut off about 1/4”-1/2” on the bottom of the wheel well plastic. Incase you are thinking of bigger tires here’s a pic of what 33x12.50 look like.
