I want to keep my stock wheels on my 2016 trd sport (17 inch) but want thicker tires. What is the biggest size tires I can get with out lifting it and not rub?

Do you mean you want a wider tire or do you want a thicker bead/side wall (ply)?

the 255/75r17 would put the diameter around 32" with a 10"width as oppossed to the 265/70r17 which would be 31 1/2" diameter with a 10.4 width. Just wondering if 32" would be too tall for the wheel well without a lift.

I already used the calculator. I was curious if any else had already put this size on a 2016 and if they had any rubbing issues. Trust me I've been digging into the site to find an answer before posting the question but haven't had any luck so far.

It will be fine. They're about the same exact size. Depends what brand tire. Cooper st maxx is a 255/75/17 that is 31.77" and their 265/70/17 is 31.80" .03" is nothing

the specs on the BF Goodrich I'm looking at in this size put them at 32.1" diameter which is why I'm worried about rubbing at a full turn

Ko2? As far as I can find bfg doesn't make a 255/75/17? Link please. But a quarter inch in each side won't make a difference in my opinion.

Ooohhh mud terrains. I was hoping they were KO2's because I want them in that size. I doubt 1/4" on each side of tire will make it rub, especially since most of the rubbing comes from width, and those are skinnier. Only one way to find out though, buy em and try em

Just go with 265/70/17 KO2s. Great looking AT tire & no lift & no rub...you wont be disappointed.
