Getting ready to consider new tires for my OEM 2018 TRD Sport 4wd. Got about 55k so far and could probably make it fine another 5k or so, but by the time I procrastinate for 3-4 months it will be getting to be close to winter. Looking for input from someone that replaced their tires with original size and were very happy with the new ones for ride and mpg. Case in point:

Many years ago I had an S-10 (still asking myself how that happened) that came with Uniroyal Tiger Paws as original. Hated that truck (never did me wrong, just wasn't a Toyota) and those were the best tires I ever had. Absolutely could not get stuck in snow and wet roads were no problem. Annually I would take a longer trip and my mpg (over several of these annual trips) was 26/27, almost entirely interstate with some 2 lane thrown in for good measure. New tires installed (coopers) and best I could pull out if the truck on the trip was 22/23. You could just feel the difference in rolling resistance and the ride was not as comfortable.

Driving style: right now 75% paved county/city roads, 25% interstate. No off road what-so-ever. Original rims, nothing done to the vehicle as far suspension, etc.

So, who is so happy with their selection that they can't help but boast about their choice? Thanks much!!

I'm not currently running them on the Tacoma because I need the BFG ATKO for the Off Road stuff. But all of my On Road Vehicles have had these as soon as the OEM tires wore out.

Keep them rotated and they will last you, well..... I don't know how long they last because I've never replaced them. It's got a 75,000 mile warranty on it so if you figure your stock tires get you to about 30,000 or 40,000, then your vehicle will be at about 100,000 to 120,000 or better when it's time to replace these. I usually replace the vehicle at around 120k to 150k.
