    I had the dealer do my first free oil change recently on my 2015 2.7 L. base and they put 7 quarts of oil in it. Stick showed 1.5 guarts over full. Had to drain a quart out. I also told them not to rotate the tires, but they did it anyway. I don't know if they did front to back or criss cross rotation ( manual calls for front to back). Anyway, I was looking at the tire tread pattern and the drivers side tires have the outside tread pattern angling toward the rear and on the passenger side it angles towards the front. Does this sound normal for Dunlop AT20's?

    You should have taken it back and had them redo the oil change. I have done it before.

    Directional tires always have an arrow on the sidewall showing rotation direction

    if you do not have directional arrow on the sidewall then it doesn't matter which way the tire is mounted

    AT20's are not a directional tire - no possible way to put them on backwards. Upside-down on the other hand...

    One thing i did when i bought my truck was mark each rim on the inside with dots to denote tire #. That way i always know how it was rotated.

    I usually mark them and should have, even though they were not supposed to be rotated. I keep forgetting some dealer ship personnel are mentally challenged. I looked at the tread directions on a truck like mine and they were the same. So I guess all is well.

    Not most, ALL tires.

    Edit;
    The cause is how alignment is set up to counteract the natural drift to the right. Roads slope to the right, so alignment is set up to pull slightly to the left. This kind of alignment causes the banding as described.
