Tire trouble/Bed security

I've posted on reddit and asked around and still no luck

I have a single cab 2wd with 195/75r14s
I need a good tire that's all season we really don't get much snow and if we do it's off the road before I head to work in the morning


Also I'm looking for some kind of hard style bedcover or camper shell or even a toolbox recommendation
I cant seem to find much

14" tires I doubt you find a large selection . Do you have a go to tire dealer?

All kinds of covers or caps can be found just where have you looked?? just what do you like better??

Tool boxes are all over the place .
