2005 Black Tacoma TRD

I currently have the stock Dunlop Grandtreks on my 2005 Tacoma at a size of 265 65 17. I was looking to upgrade to the BFG KO 2s and was wondering if there would be any performance or odometer issues going up to 265/75/16 or 265/70/16. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
