So back in March I finally installed a 3" lift and 33" mud tires on my '13 TRD Off Road. I went with Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ's and I haven't had great luck with them. At the moment I'm having a weird humming sound around 35-40 mph sounds/feels like "wobwob, wobwob, wobwob..." Also the front left was wearing noticeably more on the outer edge. I took it to Tire Factory and had them rebalance and rotate them. They said they weren't much out of balance... What could this be a sign of? Is this pretty normal?

Alignment, tire pressure, maybe rotate more frequently, road force balance?

Did you have an alignment done after the lift? What were the results, particularly the toe readings?

For the noise you most likely need to replace the front differential bearing on the driver side with a bushing from East Coast Gear Supply. There is a whole thread dedicated to this: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...differential-bearing-vibration-thread.152173/. The stock bearing can't handle the new angles from your lift. I am doing this myself next weekend.

I have the exact same issue. Just started after a 800 mile road trip.
