I've got 108,000 miles on mine and haven't had any problems. This is the first truck I have ever owned with over 75,000 on it and not had to go in for some kind of repair. I've driven lots of trucks too, I'm 53 years old. It's my first Toyota but won't be my last.

Can you elaborate on the "many" problems? I've only had my used Taco for 6 months and 16,000 trouble free miles.

Go look at any other vehicle forum and compare the number of common issues there and here. Then come back and post a retraction on this thread.

You'll likely never find a more reliable vehicle, with fewer problems, than a Tacoma.

220K miles on mine, only issues if ever had were ones i've caused. There's going to be some kind of issues with any vehicle you go to no matter which MFR you go to, i feel you read about a lot of "issues" on this forum cause this a great place to go to get answers/help. Just my .02

99% of the problems I read about are on modified vehicles. I had a 2005 for years, and now a 2014. All stock and zero issues.
All vehicles will have problems. Tacomas are far more reliable than most out there.

    Care to elaborate?

Or are you just out fishing?

    Assuming you are serious...............

I had to change the oil last year. Other than that, it's been trouble free.
