Tired.... Where's the solution for shaking Tacoma

    If it is not the wheels and tires, they need to be looking at other rotational masses. A bad inner CV joint can cause vibrations at that speed. So could a defective u-joint, carrier bearing, or bent driveshaft.

    Don't they have diagnostic telemetry sensors to place around the chassis to zero in on the vibration? It's not fuckin' rocket science after all. Sensors return amplitude of vibration, one with highest return is nearest the problem. Pontiac had extensive telemetry and could zero in in the culprit in one drive of the car, even if there were 2-3 contributing factors to the vibration. Surely Toyota has something even better. Sounds like your dealer only wants to rack up hours to supplement their income rater than actually fix it. They want to treat it, not cure it. Find another dealer.
