    All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
    They are better in almost all situations. The only time a wider tire will help is when you rock crawling. Airing down the larger tires give you more surface area to contact with the rocks. Not contact patch more grip.
    I enjoyed my 255s while there were I. The vehicle. The trucks drivetrain acted like I didn’t even change them from stock….can’t say the same about my heavy ass 285s.

    Glad your stoked OP. Looks good. A friend of mine did the same with a set of white steelies. His rigged looked like a older hilux.
