I've got a stock (no lift) 2017 Tacoma TRD Off Road. I've searched through old threads and haven't found the exact answer I'm looking for. Stock tires are 265/70/16. I hate he Wranglers they put on this truck and I'm ready to ditch them after 20k miles. I've found what I call a deal on some Cooper AT3's at $75 each, but they are 265/75/16. Some guys say they will fit, others say they won't. Any ideas? I do have Rockbloxs flaps on and I know I installed them with the extra clearance option. I'm not really concerned about a 1-2mpg loss as I don't think it's even a loss. The diameter is bigger so it's actually taking you farther and that mpg loss would be negligible in my opinion.

If you don't like the Goodyears, why in the world would you consider Coopers? At $75 a piece, what quality do you think you are getting?

The tread wears so fast on the OEM Wranglers. They were decent when new, but I doubt I'll get more than 30k miles out of them. I'm struggling this year in the snow using 4wd when I shouldn't have to. I thought $75 each for Cooper AT3's was a good deal. I was buying off my buddy who had a tire shop but closed up back in September. Had I known he was going to close up, I would have ordered something before he closed. I always bought from him, but since he's no longer in business 265/75/16's is what he still has & needs to get rid of. If he was still in business I'd have him order 265/70/16's, but he's not.

Thank you. Any personal experience with the AT3's?
