I was in a crash in my toyota tacoma 2006. The airbags did go off.
The ABS and check engine light are on. The car won't move while stepping on the gas (the emergency brake is not on)

There could be a million reasons. Drive line broke off. You bent something horribly. transmission isn't shifting.

Do you have a pic so we can at least see how bad the truck is? Is it a crumpled mass, or does it look 99% like a truck with a slightly smashed front bumper?

Update: I spoke with someone at the Toyota mechanic and he told me the brakes were probably rusted together from not being driven for a little while.
The truck is now driving again. Problem solved.

You did not tell us that (I presume ...) it did not move for a while after sitting at a repair shop.

Brakes can seize in winter if you get brakes wet and then set the parking brake overnight.
